Louisiana Damage to Property with Intent to Defraud Law

LSA-R.S. 14:57

Damage to property with intent to defraud is the damaging of any property, by means other than fire or explosion, with intent to defraud.Whoever commits the crime of damage to property with intent to defraud shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars, imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than four years, or both.
